Activity Reason Text :	Well 3 OOS Sep - Oct 2021 per status update. DMS Well 3 OOS Aug 2021 per status update. DMS Well 3 OOS Jul 2021 per status update. DMS 09/27/2018 still not operational. 4/11/18: Checked with Lori St. and still OOS pc 12/13/2017 - Still having issues with TP03 received e-mail asking to suspend start of sampling to 2018 Q1 05/12/2017: Lori Stenzel: We had started our new Arbury plant (TP03-WELL #3 TREATED W/ ION-EXCHANGE) in April. Since then, we have had issues with softening problems and have been troubleshooting to fix them. Tonka Water is having the Belgium manufacturer of the multiport/rotary water valve come out Monday, May 15 to troubleshoot their valve. Already ten of the twenty resin beds have visible damage due to insufficient regeneration (backwash timing, etc.), the other ten beds look new. If rotary valve needs replacement, we will be looking at 12 ¿ 16 week time frame. In the meantime, we have switched back to WL2 (TP 02-WELL 2). Today I talked to Gerard Zimmer (permits) to ask if we needed to do anything to switch back to WL2. He said no since all wells are active but did say to contact Segundo, at the Elgin regional office to inform him, which Laura did. Having the above situation, we are asking for our initial monitoring (SOC/VOC/IOC/RADs/NO2NO3) to be moved to Q4 of this year and to start the lead/copper initial testing next July 2018 if possible.
